How Do I Place An Order?

Select the items to place in your shopping cart/basket.  Then simply follow the steps to order once you view your basket.  I accept PayPal since this is the most secure method, but will work out special arrangements if you do not wish to use PayPal. Using an alternate method of payment may slightly delay the processing of your order since I will need to receive payment and ensure that it clears before I can process your order.  Email me through the contact tab for acceptable alternate payment methods.

 

 

What is your Guarantee?

 

I stand behind my work!  There is a 30-day guarantee on all my jewelry if the item should come in damaged or something go wrong with the item. (See Gemstone/Beads) Your satisfaction is my objective. Contact me immediately to arrange for repair or replacement of the item. Shipment of repair/replacement item will be done via USPS Standard Mail.  

Privacy Policy

 

I recommend the use of PayPal to keep your credit card information confidential.

 

Your privacy is my utmost concern, therefore, customer lists will not be shared or sold in any form.   Information stored in your personal profile cannot be viewed by anyone else and is secure and private for your eyes only.

 

 

Terminology

 

Most items are costume jewelry unless specified. Items that are listed as silver are meant to depict color, not metal type.  If an item is either Sterling Silver or 10 or 14K Gold it will be specified in the item name and description.  If it is not stated, the item does not contain a precious metal or gemstone.

 

Gemstones/Beads

 

Because of the natural characteristics of gemstones and beads they may vary slightly in color and pattern compared to the picture displayed. Due to the nature of many beads and gemstones, imperfections are to be expected.
